First attempt continued

Resawing precision board is easy
I looked at the preview and realized that blogs without pictures is no fun so here is some of me working with precision board. It is a high density urethane foam that is engineered for use in signs, tooling and of course model making and much more. I hardly use wood for models and my foundry patterns any more because the hdf is so stable and as the name says precise. It can be sanded, glued it takes coatings and paints extremely well. Soon I will take the board to the cnc router and cut details such as window, doors etc. I will take pix of the process and get back to you soon
